Recently changed E-Mail address from***@******.*** to***@******.***. Desktop computer has correct address but laptop still shows banhamassociates.I want all reference to banhamassociates deleted and we have only one address for both computers.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Make is AOC but do not know model number. Using Windows 7
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Three weeks ago a gentleman set up new address over the phone. I just want the new address to apply to both computers.
