I can't receive or send E-Mails from Outlook on one of my accounts***@******.***. A box keeps coming up asking for my user name and password. It won't accept my passwork. I tried to repair it, but it keeps saying it can't. Can you help me?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Just today. I restarted my computer and then closed it down and and still nothing
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through Outlook. I do this with all my accounts
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just repair. I'm not good at all this, so my knowledge is very limited. Sorry!
