I am trying to get my micro solf acc. working. I have tried on line several times for several weeks with no luck yet I am following the instructions and now it says that I have tried 3 times so try again in 24 hours. I do not think it will be any better. please help claude

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone and browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have had you go on line on my desk top and I have tried the internet several times for several weeks.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: When I open windows 10 and go to pictures I get a pop up and Nothing I try will get it to work because it ask me to sign on my account and I cannot do that.
