unable to connect to any web sites using explorer 11 after microsoft tried to change my @msn account. cannot get any of my emails
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: don't have any phone numbers
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: laptops one of which is a surface pro
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: different browsers and i am able to connect to web sites but no email. have also tried edge with n o luck. says unable to display page
