JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: No
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my desktop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried all the answers on the support web site for errors and I have tried deleting my account and then setting it up again.. Still did not work and refused to send or receive emails as would not accept my password
