Customer Question

I have Outlook 2010. Some, not all, emails that I receive are showing up blank. The ones that seem to show up blank are usually ones that are either forwarded or someone else was cc'd on the email.

Hello Gary, and thank you for using this service.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I will help you now.

Would you like for me to remotely connect so I can take a look at your outlook and work on the problem while you watch and communicate with me?

Hi There. It looks like an interesting issue. :)

Could you please double check if those emails having problems were (always) from selected senders? Or, were they always in HTML format or always embedded with pictures? Basically, I am trying to figure out some common things or facts for the given emails.

Does it make sense?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.

They were not HTML but were all forwarded emails

Expert:  bbao replied 2 months ago.

Can you please post some sample screenshots showing how the blank emails look like?
