I am getting all of my e-mails, but when I open them, there is no text!
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Foxfire
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: The messages show up on my i-pad, but not on my personal computer. Of course, I do not use Foxfire on my i-pad.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I do not know how to troubleshoot.

Is this only happening in firefox? Also when did this start and what is the to the right of the @ symbol in your email address?
