JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: hotmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: outlook
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: tried to change connection settings, can't find the link. Can sign into hotmail account on the broser with no issues!
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

3. Then there, open / run the item called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client and install it.
