To clarify: It sounds (based on what you're saying) that you have a second, pre-existing open ticket with JustAnswer.... If so, it would be better to continue with that rather than open a duplicate request.
In summary, I think the reason that the website is charging you a second time is because you opened a new, second request... I.e., if you're able to pick up where the first one left off, that would be best (rather than opening a new one here).
