Hi, i forwarded meeting invite to wrong person and want to recall it.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Outlook. The recipient using outlook as well.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Outlook client
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: going to file menu looking for recall button
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

Would you like me to connect to your PC and attempt a recall? It does not always work you should be ware of that but their is an Outlook feature for it.

i tried file menu, but cannot find the recall button. I also deleted the meeting invite and replaced it with new one. will that help?

Open the invite in your sent items. Open the email in its own window and under actions choose recall. Once it's done it will tell you If it worked or did not. Sometimes it will tell you it did send the request but it was not sure If it worked or not.
