Windows.It sad so thing about the pos3.com in the incoming mail on the settings.I have a tablet,and smart phone in which neither can get email. If you can get in help yourself.

On your Windows computer, can you click on Start, then click on Control Panel, then open System (or System and Security -> System), and confirm the windows version it shows there?
