I can not open my sbcglobal.net account. It won't recognize

I can not open my sbcglobal.net account. It won't recognize my user name or password. Everything keeps sending me to At&t who is no help.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Trying, don't even no where to call. It is through Yahoo, which seems connected to At&T. Any suggestions?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser, but also on iPhone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: At&T, keeps default to help page, which offer no help just suggestions.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

on a Mac desktop. The emails come up on my phone app through Wednesday when it quit working. I do have almost 8,800 emails . I now know that I can't let it get to be that much.

I am sorry, right now i am away from computer and can't use remote desktop..

Would you please do as suggested below. Let me know the status

  2. Enter your email id and password ***** webpage and click signin

See if you can login

3. If you get message saying your account is locked, click here to reset password

4. Enter the details it prompts and see if you can reset password..

If you still can't reset password ***** gets error saying your security answer is wrong, click on chat window which is on right bottom of screen. Have chat with sbcglobal agent, provide correct details when agent asks about account details. Once agent confirms you are the genuine person of this account, he will help you to reset password...
