Hello, how are you? What's your email address?
Thanks Keith, is that your own company or is it a company you work for?
The quote I sent you is to have your problem fixed remotely - if you're tech savvy we can do it through here via chat.I need your domain's mail server info which would be the incoming / outgoing mail servers and their ports and whether you go through a hosting company like GoDaddy or are re-routing the data via Outlook or Gmail
The amount is of course refundable for up to 30 days if you're not happy with the end result.Do you know the mail server info or would you like to proceed via a secure remote session where I can get it up and running for you from your end?
I tried pinging it, the mail server doesn't seem to be responding so it's a problem on the hosting side not on your end.Does that make sense?
At the start I asked you if it was your own company or a company you work for - can you clarify that for me?
Thanks.Who's your host?
Let me try help you remotely, if we get nowhere we can issue a refund - without solid information it will be difficult to get far in a timely fashion
Who do you pay for your domain name and hosting?
Does "aplus" ring any bells?
I looked up your domain and it's pointing to an aplusnet server - they are most probably hosting your website and mail server.Their toll free number is(###) ###-####br />Let me know if you're able to contact them
If you have any doubts or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know. And if you could take a moment to click on one of the green stars at the top to rate me for my time, it would be greatly appreciated!Remember you can continue replying to me until you've got all the information you need.Regards,Martin
Thanks for the update Keith.Let me know of the outcome!
