ok, Earlier you were getting message that reset code is send to your yahoo email, right?
I believe we might have used the days password ***** limit..
Google won't allow number of times to use password ***** for an account..
So we will have to wait a day for gmail account to come active and receive rest mail from google

I request you to use the same last computer which you send the reset code. You know Google make track of network and the device which you last send the reset mail and if we try to generate code from different location there is chance that google may throw same error message without giving reset code option
So if your daughter has send the reset code. Tell her to regenerate reset code once again without doing it yourself. You may share new reset code and see if she can reset password..
