Hi Terry, my name is ***** ***** welcome to JustAnswer!

Have you done anything at this point to try to reset your password?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Can get on the computer but can not get on emails and do not know where to go to reset password
Expert:  ChrisC replied 8 months ago.

Okay, gotcha. Give me just a few minutes to put some information together for you and point you in the right direction.

Expert:  ChrisC replied 8 months ago.

Okay Terry, to reset your password ***** go to the following link:

All you need to do is follow the on-screen instructions in the password ***** wizard and it will give you the opportunity to reset the password.

(Bear in mind that there is no other way to reset the password, so if for some reason you are unable to fulfill the security requirements (like remember answers to security questions, etc) then I'm afraid there's simply no way for Microsoft to verify your identity and therefore there is no way to regain access to the account.)

If you have any questions on this just let me know.
