how many times did you try to reset the account i believe you have exceed the maximum tries and the server suspects hacking however it has blocked the account.
you will have to wait for minimum 24 hrs do not attempt a reset now if you do so it might block your account permanently. wait for a 24 hrs window the account will be auto reset and will allow you to make the changes.
