We have a outlook email address which has been compromised .
There is an unknown language on the screen.
We have been working through this tonight with a telstra platinum tech who has scanned the computer, identifed that there is a compromise but is unable to identify the language.
He also suggests that you are able to assist us with this and may need to set a new password.

Please try the following steps:

1. Click on the website below:

https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=/options/regional

, (and sign in your outlook email address if prompted)

, then click on the first drop-down list, then select option English (Australia) (or the language you want)

, then click on the disk icon (square icon) at the top to save.

, that should set your email to English.

2. Change your email password ***** the website below:

3. Make sure your security info is correct at the website below:

4. Make sure the option "Stop forwarding" is selected at the website below:
