JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: only received letter last week to confirm details and dis covered the name of account is wrong
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: yes rang yesterday the(###) ###-####who told me to go to www.gomastercard.com .au/upload and I can not find were this s done
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I can get in to change anything it is one letter which needs to be changed
