Questions:

1. Did you click on forgot password?

2. Did you perhaps set up a 2nd email so that if that email wouldn't work it would let you get information to 2nd email (whats alternate email you set up with that account?)

3. Did you set up a phone so that if you forgot password ***** will go there?

4. Did you set up your Date of Birth with that account***@******.***?
