I'm not sure what you mean by operating system it my Ipad, got it almost 2 years ago and it was the latest upgrade of I pads. My e mail is AOL

I'm chatting with you from my lap top, but the issue is with my Ipad

I sent myself and email with an attachment to my Ipad from my company computer and company email. Then I go to my personal email on my ipad and open the email. it then shows me the attachment and say's " Tap to Download", I tap and the screen goes black wit a small circle of lights and says loading but it never loads.

First try to download the attachement from your laptop, open www.aol.com and login to your email account.

Please try to reset your iPad by following the steps below :

1-Backup all data on your iPad (photos, documents ect..).

2-tap the Settings app from your iPad’s home screen.

3-Scroll down to ‘General’ and tap on it.

4- Now scroll all the way down until you see the ‘Reset’ option. Tap on that as well.

5-click on Reset All Settings.

If the problem persist please do the following :

1-Backup all data on your iPad (photos, documents ect..).

2-Download Itunes from : https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

3-Install itunes and plug in your iPad to your pc

4-press and hold the home button and the sleep/wake/power button at the same time for 45 seconds until the Apple logo appears, once that appears you can release the buttons

5-iTunes will give message iTunes has detected an iPad in recivery mode you must restore this iPad to continue

6-click restore if it does not go through click on the iPad in the left hand side of iTunes and click restore
