On Thursday morning I couldn't get into my hot mail account. It says it doesn't exist. I no longer work for a company and when they were trying to change the billing from my account to the church's account I think she transferred or deleted my account. Can we get it back to me

Thanks. I checked the account and it seems like the username "debbiebeeges" was renamed to something else, rather than deleted. If the account was deleted, there should be a way to restore it, but Hotmail doesn't recognize it when I attempted to restore it.

Is there a way for you to check with the person who managed your account to see if she only renamed it, or indeed deleted it without the possibility of restoration?
