I am getting an alert that says not that says not that many emails on Outlook for ?Mac 2011
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Couple of days
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Erasing certain emails directly through Network Solutions, updating her software
JA: The email expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: Was trying to send a large email but stopped that and moved it to drafts. No longer an issue I believe.

In the Account window, select "Click here for advanced receiving options button". Toggle "Always use secure password" Try to receive mail again.

Try removing the email account from Outlook, restart your computer, add the account back into Outlook.

Try opening your Network Solutions email account in a web browser -- move all of the emails from the Inbox into another folder then move them back into the inbox and try syncing with Outlook.
