Are you on windows 7,8,10 or a mac?
And what browser are you using?
Firefox, Chrome, Internet explorer etc.
If you are on any of these trying to log into your juno account and know your login/password (we have options to find it
if you forgot)
Use another browser and try to log into email there. If it just spins out like the browser you tried first, then we can tell if it
is the pc or browser.
Let me know if you can log in with a tablet, phone, or any other browser?
Are those the only other browsers you have?
And, is ANYTHING else pulling up on for searches, or is it specific to juno email?

Is your daughter using a different device off the same wifi to log in?
Or is she trying to log in on the same device you are?

Do you/your daughter have a cell phone you can use the internet on (not your wifi, but the actual cells carrier internet)
to log into juno and see if it works there?

This should help narrow down if the site is glitching or if it is your home network/pcs.
Is there a 'sign in' button at the top of the juno page on the right at this link?
is the option to sign in under it and put your password *****?
if so, can you tell me what happens when you put in your credentials?
Do not sign out yet. Do you see a envelope icon on that page? or do you see any 'tabs' at the top like
my account, refer a friend, help etc.?

It also could be in your browser and by logging out of juno, 'cleaning/clearing cookies/history', in the browser you are using,
it may let you back in then. (cookies/history can affect so many things like email logins, using sites etc.)
