I cannot remote into a tablet. If you want to retrieve an email account for gmail on your computer first

to put it on your tablet, we can remote into a Mac or a Windows computer.

This is not unusual. A quick call to them and they will lift the block and i can send you another request

to log into your pc and try to retrieve your email and put it on your tablet.
