Follow these steps please> go to the following link and log in using your email address and password. It will provide you with the settings that you will need to manually set up your email in Outlook 20116.

  • When starting from scratch, go to File, select Add Account.
  • Select Manual setup or additional server types then click Next.
  • Choose POP or IMAP from the next screen. Click Next.
  • Enter your username, passwords, and server names
    Enter your display name and email address and your mailbox server names. Theses can be obtained from . Use your email address for the account name and enter your password.
  • Click More Settings.
  • On Outgoing Server tab, enable outgoing authentication, using the default of same as incoming.
  • On Advanced tab, Enter Incoming and Outgoing server ports and authentication. Theses can be obtained from .
  • Click Ok to return to the Add Account screen
  • Click Next to test the settings and finish.
