My husband recently updated his computer to Windows 10. His older version did not have a password ***** open his desk top. Since the update, he cannot access his computer because it tells him he must use his password. What can he do to access his desktop?

Hi my name is ***** ***** I may be able to assist. It is probably asking him to sign in with his Microsoft account. During the upgrade process, it may have asked him for an account of had him set up one. Does it have an e-mail address as his username?
