I have written this a million times. I don't remember my password. I have filled in the forms time and time again. It's a loop. I gave them every piece of information they asked for and the robot email said Unfortunately. Then I got an email from The Accounts Team telling my email is still active and all I have to do is fill out the form. I'm getting dizzy. I have been on this for three whole days
