I have Windows 8.1 and use MSN for email I think, but not Outlook. Currently - last 48 + hours I am not getting any emails. I have checked some things, but have not been able to correct the problem. Yesterday I restarted computer because it seems I needed to update even though I was not told, which I did, but that didn't help.
