Hello and welcome to JustAnswer, I look forward to assisting you today. What was your husbands email address?
Okay thank you. This may be difficult if you are unable to answer any of the security questions Yahoo will need before they will allow you access. Also, please be cautious about the information you post. I do not need the death certificate and neither will Yahoo. I will see if I can get the password ***** you so give me a few minutes please.
Yahoo needs the AT&T email address as well. Do you know what that is?
No I don't think so. Is AT&T your internet provider?
Okay, give me a few minutes please.
What is your zip code?
Do you know of any other email address your husband might have used?
Okay. I am still working on it so be patient please.
Do you know if you used a service called GoPhone?
Let me try your phone number please.
Do you have a monthly invoice from your internet provider?
Okay no problem. Do you know if it is from AT&T?
No magic jack has nothing to do with your provider since it uses the internet to connect with other phone services. Let me check a bit more.
Okay. I suspect it may be associated with AT&T since they absorbed all of the Yahoo email accounts. Once you get back home, check the account number on the invoice. You will most likely need that when you contact support. You can contact AT&T support at(###) ###-#### I have tried all combinations of your husbands email address to access the account and still do not have all the information I need to reset the password. You may very well need the death certificate for proof when you contact them. I am truly sorry for your loss and will be available whenever you need me for further assistance.
It was a pleasure working with you!
