I'm trying to get into the settings for my new iPhone to update the password ***** my mail server. I'm not able to receive or sending mail.
It just freezes on the setting for POP account on the top of the page.

Hi my name is ***** ***** I can assist. Have you done a soft reset (reboot) on your phone? Hold the Wake button on the side and the Home button till the phone resets. Once you see the Apple logo, let the buttons go. Then see if the POP settings work for you.
