Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Hi. Ok thanks. And I don't know if it's webmail or email client it's my outlook account for my hotmail
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

Do you go to outlook.com to see your e-mail?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I think so. I just touch the out look app on both my iPad and I phone to get mail
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
R u still there ?
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

Got it. You'll need to go to the outlook.com website to change your Junk E-mail settings. If you can bring up Safari and type in http://outlook.com in the address line, log in to the site with your e-mail address and password.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Ok I have the page we r talking on comes up I don't see how to change settings
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

There should be a gear icon in the top right. Once you click on that, go to Options.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I don't know what a gear icon is. Can u phone me?
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

It does cost an additional $15 fee for phone support. Would that work for you?

Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

Is there an icon with 3 dots in the top right?

Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

We are basically looking for the settings Junk E-mail > Filters and Reporting.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
There is no options in the gear settings. It just says mark as junk or flag or move or mark as junk or phishing scam or my friends been hacked
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

Is that in the Outlook App?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

If you go to the actual website https://outlook.com through Safari, it will give you more options to control your Junk E-mail.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I've tried going to that website many times. It shows the page we r on right away and changes to outlook live st the top
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
We found the junk mail options what do I change
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

You might try setting the Junk Filter to "Exclusive".

Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

You will still see e-mails from user that are not in your contacts or safe senders list in Junk E-mail folder and you can add them on a case by case basis. That will dramatically cut down on the spam in your Inbox.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I did that. Is that all I change? Did this cost me 40 $?
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

That is best way to lock down your e-mail to stop receiving spam. The paid version of Office 365 has some added features but that's all there is for the free accounts. It looks like there was only $30 attached to this question.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Ok seems expensive I would have been happy to pay 15$
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 10 months ago.

The phone call would've been $15 extra. The free accounts give you fairly limited options when it comes to the e-mail accounts. I pay $10 a month for Office 365 and I rarely get spam. I also get Office with that subscription. I would highly recommend it.
