My laptop was recently sent to the dealer where I purchased the laptop as it was freezing up on me and very slow. A clean up was done and my laptop returned to me. When I connected my laptop I could not get into my email account. I spoke to Creagh and he said that maybe the clean up has deleted my imbedded password. It's been over a week now and all I do is go around in circles and still cannot get into my account and all our accounts and bills come in thru my email and some bills are coming due and I cannot check my account.
