I cannot send or receive email, When I open my email account

I cannot send or receive email , When I open my email account I get an error message asking me to sign in. When trying to sign in my password ***** ***** When I try to renew my password ***** cannot use my email to get notification of the new password (I cannot receive email) and my phone number is ***** recognised. How do I change my password?
