You can request cancellation by mailing***@******.***. Since i am a tech only, i do not have access to billing. BUT if you co-operate i am sure we can fix the issue.

You can immediately request refund by sending an email to***@******.***. They will close the question and issue the refund. You're not able to get emails, because someone may have setup filters on your AOL account but this doesn't affects sending - so you can send an email now to support and request a refund.
