Hi my name is ***** ***** I can assist. Just to understand this correctly, you are trying to send e-mails from your mail server and GMail is bouncing them back? Do you get an undeliverable message error and if so, could you post what it says on the chat window?

It looks like your e-mail server is trying to send out with an IPv6 address, 2002:60ff:1fd5::60ff:1fd5. Do you use IPv6 normally on your servers?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
what is happening?
Expert:  Jason Fenoglio replied 6 months ago.

It's saying that your mail is sending to Google with an IPv6 address and that the address does not have a pointer record associated with it. If your trying to send with IPv4, for example 23.210.12.180, the server will have to send traffic using it's IPv4 address.

What type of server operating system is running on your e-mail server?
