Which type of device are you trying to connect, a PC, phone, or something else? Who is your internet provider? Also do you have any devices in the home that can connect or are they all not working?
It seems like you are having issues with your internet modem.
Do you see 3 light's blinking on it? If no, then it is a problem of loose connection.Check if all connection are tight and wires are properly inserted and are at right place.
Do you see red light for internet (3rd one from left in your modem ? If it is red, then it is network provider's problem.
