Sir this can happen if the keep me signed in option is selected.could you ase provide the following details so that I can understand the issue you are facing more clearly 1. Which is the operating system installed in the PC.Is it Windows Vista, Windows 7, windows 8, Windows 10 or any other?
2.Which is the web browser you are using is it Internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome or any other?

if you do not have any other browsers then please reset safari browser to do that please follow the instructions
Go to Menu bar then Safari then Reset Safari.Select all the options except saved user names and password (if its available) then click on reset that will do it now open new Safari browser and then please check it and let me know the result.
