Every...every email I send from my autoresponser is going

Every...every email I send from my autoresponser is going into a Spam folder. Why? I don't know. This started happening about 3 months ago. I even tested by taking a friends email to me in my in box, changing the name from him to me and sending. Again, the only change was my name. It was in Spam.
