My address book is missing.
JA: Sometimes things that you think will be really complicated end up being easy to fix. The Email Technician I'm going to connect you with knows all the tricks and shortcuts. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: The groups are still there, but all of the contacts are gone.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Email Technician should know?
Customer: Two things. 1) About a week ago I upgraded to Windows 10. 2) Yesterdauy somebody hacked into my aol account and sent emails to my contact list about a document they should download in Dropbox. I don't use Dropbox.

I've already paid $5 and got nothing, so far. I'm not about to pay another $32 just to perhaps be told I have to pay still more. Not happy with this response.
