Jerry: Thank you for contacting JustAnswer. I'll be honest with you, IPSwitch iMail server isn't exactly an industry standard product therefore gathering feedback on a product from a service like this is going to be fairly limited. But because I want you to to feel like you were helped I did want to provide some feedback I gathered online as well as suggestions and alternatives to this product. Let's start with some reviews... SPICEWORKS is a great website where Systems Administrators and other technical staff go to discuss products and assist each other. This is a good resource for garnering feedback on this product. See here for some feedback: https://community.spiceworks.com/reviews/16464-ipswitch-imail PCMagazine gave it an excellent rating: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2342327,00.asp ZDNet also gave it an excellent rating: http://www.zdnet.com/product/ipswitch-imail-server-premium-10-02/ I suggest downloading a 30-day trail and setting up a few mailboxes, phones, tablets, etc to ensure it's what you're looking for. Or request a live demo from IPSwitch. If you tell me your requirements I'm also happy to make product suggestions based on those requirements. Most importantly understanding the number of end users would also be key. I also suggest taking a hard look at Google Apps for business. But even more compelling is the Microsoft Office 365 hosted option. This way you get a full blown Exchange server at VERY reasonable monthly cost without the hassle of too much work setting things up.
