A ticket was created on April 26 - static on line

Customer Question

A ticket for repair was created on April 26 - static on line and then no dial-tone. The owner of the phone is a senior citizen and cannot recall the ticket order number. We cannot access a live person to check on the status of the order. She says that the repair tech department promised her that they could be out to attend to this before 8 PM last evening but never showed up. Can you help?

Hello and thnak you for coming to JUSTANSWER.com.Im not sure WE can hlep you....this is a Question and Answer Website..Although, and HOwever, we are here to help you with your technolgy related questions or issues....but we are NOT magic, or have any insider information, other than what they teach in college..So.....in order to help, i would need to know a few things..First......what is the service provider? Is it Verizon? Is it century link?Is it Sprint? What is the service provider?.Secondly......they MUST have an account that will allow them to LOGIN to check their account ONLINE. All service providers have a website that account holders can login to for checkign the status of their account, and to pay their bill. So, i would need the LOGIN credentials to be able to LOGIN and search for any outstanding Service tickets and potentially get some answers from them..Does all that make Sense?
