I no longer use that email address because I forgot the password. Haven't used it in over a year. I have a new email address***@******.***
I want do my taxes and need to sign up a new account can you help me?

You will need to go to https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ and enter your old email address. Click next, then on the next page when it tells you that a code has been sent to that address, Click on "I no longer have access to that email". This will take you to a form where you can provide your name, date of birth, and social security number to prove your identity. You should then be able to change the email address associated with your account and also to gain access to previous year tax returns.
