When I log onto Outlook and click send/receive Google displays

Customer Question

When I log onto Outlook and click send/receive Google displays a form asking to type in password. This I do but an error message appears and I am unable to send or receive messages. This has only occurred since I undertook a Google security - before this, clicking send/receive automatically let me access my messages without any Google messages appearing. Please help. Thanks.
