I have had to erase my phone because it got disabled by my grand child playing with it. I have talked to AT&T last night and went today and talked to them. They said this was my only option. When trying to reactivate it, the said to put in my apple password. It is not working. Can you help me get logged back in and reset up my phone. Thank you Kelly Oulette
