My name is ***** *****. My laptop is a HP Envy x360. My OUTLOOK is MS Office 365, running Windows 10, and McAfee Livesafe Internet Security. I purchased my laptop just before last Christmas (2015)
Problem: I have emails show up in the Inbox and then disappear and can not be found. Do you know where email went and can it be fixed so it won't happen again?

I'm sorry that it taken so long to get back to. My problem if you remember was email would come in to my system and the disappear. I saw your emails come in just long enough for me to see it was from you, then it would be gone. i don't to through money at this error any more so i'm giving up for a few days, then try again.
