Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Did you give out your email password? Did you enter your gmail email password ***** any website, besides gmail/ google website? Did you click on a bad link / email attachment, etc.?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Please change your google / gmail password, and check your security information, such as phone number and alternate email address, if any.

- In the future, be careful when clicking on links / attachments from email messages that you do not know or that you are not expecting.

Please let me know. Thank you.

I don't need any more help. You didn't help one bit. I don't share my passwords & I don't open links. The list the link was sent to was at least 5-7 years old on an old AOL account. None of this makes sense
Expert:  IT Miro replied 8 months ago.

I am another Expert. The previous one is not available any more. I simply asked you if you still needed assistance with the issue you described.

If you do, I can provide assistance regarding the issue; however, if you don't, we can cancel the question for you.
