My password ***** ***** being accepted, and is one I have always used and was transferred from verizon yesterday!!!! Please phone to assist me, as I just spent over 1 hour with tech (in India) and have no more patience. (###) ###-#### HELP PLEASE

I can open my computer, receive email, but cannot send. My password ***** not accepted. That is why I needed help--which I did NOT receive!!! What am I being charged for--incorrect help???

I have never been charged for service and do not like this now. This change to AOL is not my choice and I should not be financially punished for what I did not request. AOL had a good reputation, but this was never brought to our attention. Perhaps this email sit. is just temporary?
