I have gotten locked out of my Gmail account due to someone attempting to login to my account from an unrecognized device. I do not have a back up email linked to my account. This piece of info is required on the account reset form. Is there a way I can restore my account?

What is your email account, do you have a phone number tied to it?

If not you'll have to create a temporary account so Google has a way of reaching you about restoring your account.

What does it say? Does it give you a link to fill out questions? If so you'll need to create a new temporary email account so they can contact you.

We went through the account reset or recovery form. Many times answered all the questions but one of them is what alternative email is linked to your account. There is none. It requires an answer and when we offer one they contact us at but is not linked it says sorry we don't recognize that account as the right answer.
