My email***@******.*** is not working. I get a message that says the server password ***** been changed - enter the new password. I didn't change it so I have no idea what it is. I don't remember the old password. Can you help? please!

Please go here:

https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid#!&section=password

On that page enter your email address, click Next and then follow the steps to reset your password.

Once it is reset, enter the new password ***** you get the 'server password ***** been changed' message.
