There are two security questions, one of them is:What is your youngest child's nickname?
Do you have any other devices that are currently logged into that Yahoo account?
I doubt a repair shop will be able to get you the password ***** they might be able to reset the device for you.I find it strange all the account options wouldn't be personalized to you since it's your own account.Who created the account for you?
So if you have kids of your own, the security question would apply to you, if she set them as her own kids it would imply you and any siblings so the answer should be easy either way

Not sure what you mean, the first step in the video is to hold the power button and the volume up button.Did you watch the video?
